2026.4 Release: More control, better pacing, easier creative, and more

Streaming TV advertising should drive business growth you can see and feel. That's the bar we hold ourselves to, and the Jamloop 2026.4 release is built to support it in new and better ways.
This release works on three fronts at once. It gives you more control over how a campaign is built—which format carries which strategy, which districts a political campaign reaches, how evenly budget spends across a flight. It shortens the distance between an idea and a running ad, with audio and pause creative built from a template instead of a production schedule. And it makes the data underneath more legible, so you can see how strong a first-party file is before you spend against it, and count the calls a campaign drives alongside the clicks.
Here's what's new.
Key takeaways
- Format and strategy are separate choices now. Display runs standalone with prospecting and first-party audiences, and site retargeting reaches CTV, video, pause, and audio.
- Even pacing is the default, spread across a campaign's full flight and checked hourly.
- Clean room match rates show data quality on every first-party file before you activate on it, and the CallRail integration brings tracked calls into your attribution reports.
- Ad creator now builds audio spots from written copy and pause ads from three templates.
- Political campaigns can target by congressional district and focus delivery on voters who haven't yet cast a ballot.
Format and strategy: two choices, not one
Until now, two things were tangled together in the platform. Display existed mainly as a place to run pixel retargeting, and pixel retargeting existed mainly on display. Choosing one meant choosing the other.
In 2026.4 they come apart.
Display runs as its own strategy alongside CTV and video. You can build a display line with prospecting and saved first-party audiences, layering interest and demographic targeting on top—so display can go find new customers instead of only following up with people who already know you. Existing display retargeting lines are untouched, so current campaigns keep running exactly as they are.
Site retargeting runs across every format. Someone visits your site, looks at a product, and leaves—and now you can follow up with them on CTV, video, pause, and audio, not just a display banner. It's the same setup you already know, with configurable recency and the choice to target or detarget. Retargeting carries through to delivery, so a line built to reach site visitors runs as intended. The campaign builder's AI can attach retargeting pixels to these lines too.
The result is a matrix instead of a menu. Every format now shares the same four audience modes—frequency building, saved or first-party, retargeting, and prospecting—so the logic you learn on one carries to the rest.
Pacing: even delivery, without the surprises
A campaign that front-loads its budget can look fine in a weekly report and still leave the back half of a flight underdelivered.
An even pacing profile now spreads delivery steadily across a campaign's full flight, checked hour by hour and paced against impressions. It's the default on new and active lines, so consistent pacing is the standard rather than something to configure, and it runs entirely on the backend—you get the benefit without changing how you work. When a campaign needs a different shape, a surge around live sports for example, it can be overridden.
Data and integrations: know what you're spending against
Clean room match rates. Uploading a first-party file into a clean room usually involves a small act of faith. You hand over records, get an audience back, and assume enough of it matched to be worth activating.
Now every first-party file shows its match rate—both audience files and offline sales. The formula is plain: matched records divided by deduplicated records on the file. The rate displays right in the clean room table, so you can read data quality at a glance—for example, 800/1,000, or 80%.
That turns a guess into a decision. Strong match, activate. Low match, append more data and re-upload before spending against it. And because offline sales uploads show how many records matched, you know exactly how much of your attribution rests on solid ground.
The CallRail integration. For plenty of businesses, the customer journey ends with a call. If your measurement only counts web conversions, that's the conversion you can't see.
CallRail is the leading call-tracking platform, and connecting it takes minutes with nothing to hand over: create a CallRail pixel, copy the webhook URL, paste it into CallRail. Done. From there, tracked calls flow into your attribution reports automatically, the same way web conversions do. With the Google Analytics integration enabled, call data passes through automatically too—so calls stay connected to the rest of your measurement.
Taken together, this is radical transparency applied to the data layer, not just the reporting layer.
Creative templates: finished ads without a production timeline
Good creative shouldn't require a design team and a three-week lead time. The ad creator now builds two more formats for you.
Audio ads from written copy. Enter approved advertising copy into a guided template and generate a recorded 15- or 30-second spot, suitable for both streaming audio and podcast inventory. For advertisers without existing audio assets, it removes the scripting, voice recording, and production time that usually stands between a script and a running campaign.
Three pause ad templates. Upload a product image, service visual, logo, or other brand asset and build a finished pause ad on top of it. Add messaging, a call to action, promotional details, and a QR code directly in the template, and spin up variations for different campaigns, offers, audiences, or markets—without outside design support.
For political advertisers: reach voters where campaigns are actually won
Political campaigns aren't organized by DMA. They're organized by district—and a vote already cast can't be changed.
Congressional districts are now available in the same geo picker you already use for state, DMA, and ZIP. Enter NY-8 for New York's 8th district. The platform uses current 119th Congress boundaries, splits impressions by district so delivery lines up with how the campaign is organized, and feeds district data into reporting so you can see performance district by district. The campaign builder's AI understands the new targeting, so you can ask for it in plain language.
The ActiveVoter™ toggle narrows delivery to voters who haven't yet cast a ballot, so budget reaches the people a campaign can still persuade. It runs on Aristotle's voter data and works end to end, from the self-serve builder through activation. The toggle appears only when the advertiser is political, keeping the builder clean for everyone else, and it's on by default for political campaigns the AI builds.
What 2026.4 means for your business
Taken together, 2026.4 gives you more say in how a campaign is built, less waiting on creative, and a clearer view of the data holding it all up.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Every other improvement in this release assumes the data holds up. Showing a match rate before activation, surfacing call conversions alongside web conversions, pacing predictably hour by hour—these are the things that make a number defensible in the room where the spend gets justified, whether that's a CFO, a franchisee, or an agency client.
That's what it means to prove streaming TV can drive growth you can see and feel.
