Founded for jamming
Our founder, Leif Welch, is more than passionate about music. He knows that great things happen when you bring people together to ‘jam,’ which is why he built a culture around great customer service.
Leif was working on programmatic advertising and saw that advertisers were going to need to think differently for connected TV. He also saw that CTV would create huge opportunities for smaller advertisers but that the market was not set up to serve them. JamLoop was founded to remove the barriers that have kept many smaller brands out of the market so far.

Leif Welch
Chief Executive Officer
Leif founded JamLoop with the idea of better connecting buyers and sellers through streaming TV advertising. As a 25-year adtech veteran, Leif understands what brands need from their advertising partners. Leif’s fervor and determination evolved from his lifelong passion for music. He knows that great things happen when people “jam” together. Prior to JamLoop, Leif worked at Cox Digital Solutions, Adify, and AdMission. He holds a BSE and BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Fun fact: Plays and writes his own music
Ted Pacitti
Chief Operating Officer
Ted joined JamLoop in 2018 and established the company’s sales and client services functions. He has spent most of his 40-year career in advertising. At Comcast Spotlight, Ted oversaw P&L responsibilities for the Philadelphia market, leading a cross-functional team of 130+ employees and growing annual revenue to $167 million. Ted holds a BS from Drexel University.
Fun fact: Ted makes homemade pasta that Tony Soprano would love
Oksana Korsakova
Chief Marketing Officer
Oksana joined JamLoop as CMO in 2023, with the mission of connecting entrepreneurs and their customers via TV advertising. Oksana spent 20+ years in marketing and cloud technology, most recently running customer advocacy programs and AdTech at Oracle. She has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Fun fact: Snorkeled with beluga whales on most recent trip to Canada
Joel DuBien
VP of Engineering
Joel joined JamLoop in 2024 after a 20+-year career building enterprise SaaS solutions, including 15+ years in adtech and four years in networking and cybersecurity. He was a founding engineer at SpotX, a video advertising supply-side platform that was acquired by Magnite in 2021, and has deep experience with real-time bidding technology. Joel graduated from the University of Maine with a BS in Computer Science.
Fun fact: Rode his snowboard 32 days last season
Michael Vietri
VP of Supply and Partnerships
Michael joined JamLoop in 2013 and has been building deep relationships and solid integrations with a variety of publishers. Michael moved into adtech as IT director for a collectibles website in the late 90's, where he installed his first ad server, and went on to hold leadership roles at the largest Canadian digital publishers. He holds a diploma in Pure & Applied Science from Dawson College.
Fun fact: An avid golfer, Michael finally got his first hole in one this season
Kelly Pompeo
VP of Client Services
Kelly leads the talented team of client support professionals who work directly with Jamloop customers to understand their brand goals and drive exceptional campaign results. Kelly has more than 12 years of experience supporting customers in the advertising industry and joined JamLoop in 2018. She started her career at Comcast Spotlight and has a BA from West Chester University.
Fun fact: Kelly is a huge Philly sports fan. Go Birds!
