Leif Welch

Leif Welch, Founder & CEO: Leif is a 17-year digital media veteran, entrepreneur and investor, with deep expertise in digital advertising and technology licensing. Prior to founding JamLoop, he served as GM Mobile for Cox Media Group and ran Platform Sales for Adify, a digital ad platform provider acquired by Cox.  Leif co-founded and served as CRO for AdMission Corporation, a dynamic display ad provider sold to the Cobalt Group in 2008. Earlier in his career, Leif held various roles in business development for IPIX and Altavista, and spent five years as a financial analyst for Prudential.  Leif has an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a BSE in Systems Engineering and BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.


George Giatzis

George Giatzis, Sales: George has over 25 years of ad sales experience in TV and emerging digital advertising products, a perfect combination for introducing JamLoop’s integrated “TV + Video” solution to the agency and brand community. Before JamLoop, George helped launch the Al Jazeera America TV & Web platforms. As an early member of Discovery Communications, he helped launch The Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet and the first-ever suite of digital broadband channels. George ran West Coast Sales for Oxygen, a pioneer in TV/Web convergence, and led sales teams at emerging media companies Ecast (an interactive digital network), and SellPoint (E-commerce video network). He started his career in Spot TV sales for NBC. George holds a B.A. from Muhlenberg College with a dual major in Business & Economics.


Michael Vietri

Michael Vietri, Operations & Product: As part of the founding team, Michael heads up JamLoop’s operations team and product development efforts. He has 15 years of experience in digital video and display advertising, both on the operational and business development side. Prior to JamLoop, he was VP Business Development at Canadian-based video DSP Sourceknowledge, and VP Digital at Tribune Entertainment Media Group. Michael also ran digital ad operations for both TC Transcontinental and Sympatico/MSN Media Operations, part of Canada’s largest “triple play” provider.


Todd Donnelly

Todd Donnelly, Advisor has a successful track record in building and selling local media companies.  He co-founded Viamedia in 2001 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board. Viamedia is the leading independent video advertising sales organization, representing over sixty markets and over 50 partners in the United States. He also served as the company’s President and CEO.  Mr. Donnelly has expanded his business ventures to include The WorkShop, a full service multimedia production company that develops and produces original content across a range of platforms.  Today, Mr. Donnelly is also involved with a number of local business endeavors and sits on the board of various non-profit agencies throughout the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. Such as United Way of the Lehigh Valley, Center for Vision Loss, and the Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley, to name a few.
