Nueces County Sheriff
The Challenge
Nueces County was down 70 correctional officers. Traditional recruiting underperformed, and linear TV couldn’t efficiently reach the right candidates. They needed performance proof fast — and a cost structure that fit a public-sector budget.
The Approach
JamLoop partnered with Nueces County to launch a highly targeted, performance-driven CTV recruitment campaign:
- Custom audience segmentation
JamLoop built tailored audience segments designed to reach likely applicants based on location and viewing behavior. - Real-time optimization
Using JamLoop’s live reporting dashboard, campaigns were optimized in real time, adjusting delivery to maximize reach, engagement, and efficiency. - Attribution tied to applications
Impressions and viewership data were analyzed by zip code and compared directly against application submissions, revealing a clear correlation between CTV exposure and applicant volume. - Budget-conscious execution
The campaign delivered TV-level impact at a cost structure viable for a small public-sector organization.
The Results
In just 45 days, Nueces County achieved results that previously took six months, or longer. The first campaign generated 65 applications and 15 hires. A follow-up campaign, running less than a month, delivered an additional 35 applications with five candidates already in the hiring process.
The measurable success provided the proof needed to secure additional recruitment funding and scale future efforts.
“Our results using CTV advertising surpassed expectations and at a cost I never believed possible for an organization our size.”
– Natalie Williams, Public Liaison, Nueces County Sheriff’s Office
