Senior Account Executive (Remote) – Northeast Region

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead business development efforts in the OTT/CTV space. This role is ideal for someone with a robust network within independent and mid-market agencies and a deep understanding of the local/regional advertising marketplace. You will be instrumental in building, managing, and expanding a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth
  • Client Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients
  • Business Forecasting: Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals
  • Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads
  • Regional Travel: Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts

Qualifications:

  • Industry Relationships: Established relationships with agencies and clients in your home market and/or dedicated region

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives, drive awareness, and generate demand through strategic campaigns, event marketing, and compelling content. If you're a hands-on, high-energy marketer with experience in event planning, campaign execution, content creation, and field marketing, and you thrive in fast-paced environments, this might be the role for you! This role can be based anywhere in the US and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Event Marketing

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, regional events, trade shows, and conferences and maintain a calendar of programs
  • Develop event strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage logistics, sponsorships, speaker engagements, and post-event follow-ups
  • Track and analyze event ROI, optimizing for future events

Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and paid media) to generate demand and nurture leads
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing automation workflows and optimize lead nurturing sequences
  • Serve as the marketing subject matter expert of HubSpot, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the platform to support JamLooop’s marketing operations

Content Creation

  • Develop and manage content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces based on a broad set of audiences, industries, and products
  • Funnel customer feedback into marketing messaging
  • Create engaging email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ad copy
  • Oversee the production of marketing videos, graphics, and other visual content
  • Work with designers to maintain brand consistency and high-quality content output
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation

Other

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and storytelling
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed
  • Administer promotional merchandise and giveaways to support sales

Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or ad tech
  • You have proven experience in event planning, campaign execution, and content creation
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials
  • You have proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, and social media
  • You have deep expertise with marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress
  • You have experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • You have data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and content performance
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage up
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and find creative solutions to challenges with little to no guidance – you find answer where there are none
  • You work well with cross-functional teams in a fully remote atmosphere
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
  • You have a very high work ethic and can operate autonomously with the ability to work both independently and in a team
