2023 Remembrance, Musicians to Stream in The New Year

Our business and platform is all about CTV advertising. However, you probably didn’t know that JamLoop and our founder Leif Welch have roots in the music industry. With that in mind we wanted to look back and remember some of the musicians, producers, writers and artists who died in 2023 who were influential to us over the years.

For a comprehensive remembrance check out NPR Music’s Lars Gotrich segment – it is worth a listen, “In Memoriam 2023: The Musicians We Lost.”

Here are a few we wanted to remember along with some of the songs you may want to stream this weekend and into the New Year.

  • Jeff Beck, rock guitar legend and member of The Yardbirds, The Jeff Beck Group, and Beck, Bogert & Appice – Hi Ho Silver Lining, Cause We’ve Ended as Lovers, Freeway Jam, Beck’s Bolero, A Day in the Life
