Founded for jamming
Our founder, Leif Welch, is more than passionate about music. He knows that great things happen when you bring people together to ‘jam,’ which is why he built a culture around great customer service.
Leif was working on programmatic advertising and saw that advertisers were going to need to think differently for connected TV. He also saw that CTV would create huge opportunities for smaller advertisers but that the market was not set up to serve them. JamLoop was founded to remove the barriers that have kept many smaller brands out of the market so far.

Leif Welch
Chief Executive Officer
Leif founded JamLoop with the idea of better connecting buyers and sellers through streaming TV advertising. As a 25-year adtech veteran, Leif understands what brands need from their advertising partners. Leif’s fervor and determination evolved from his lifelong passion for music. He knows that great things happen when people “jam” together. Prior to JamLoop, Leif worked at Cox Digital Solutions, Adify, and AdMission. He holds a BSE and BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Fun fact: Plays and writes his own music
Oksana Korsakova
Chief Operating Officer
Oksana Korsakova is a seasoned operator with deep experience across adtech, cloud platforms, and customer experience. She’s led operations, client services, and go-to-market enablement at scale — with a background that spans Oracle, global SaaS organizations, and high-growth startups. She’s focused on building systems that deliver measurable impact, scaling partnerships, and ensuring every client engagement is backed by precision, speed, and trust. She has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Fun fact: Snorkeled with beluga whales on most recent trip to Canada
Jeff Fagel
Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff Fagel is a seasoned CMO with deep experience across adtech, martech, CTV, and consumer brands. He’s led marketing, product marketing, and GTM teams at high-growth companies including Madhive, Epsilon, Publicis, PepsiCo, and Gatorade. He’s focused on scaling the marketing function, deepening customer relationships, and helping guide the company’s growth in a fast-moving TV and media landscape. His insights have been featured in Adweek, Fast Company, Ad Age, TechCrunch, and Entrepreneur.
Fun fact: Jeff is a certified Spinning® instructor still chasing the top 10% on the Peloton leaderboard.
Joel DuBien
SVP of Engineering
Joel brings more than two decades of experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, with 15+ years in adtech and an additional four years in networking and cybersecurity. A founding engineer at SpotX — the video SSP acquired by Magnite — he helped architect and scale real-time bidding systems that powered some of the industry’s earliest programmatic video breakthroughs. His background spans high-performance infrastructure, low-latency decisioning, and large-scale data processing. Joel holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maine.
Fun fact: Rode his snowboard 32 days last season
Michael Vietri
Supply and Partnerships
Michael has spent more than a decade building deep, trusted relationships and high-value integrations across a wide range of premium publishers. He began his adtech career in the late 90s as IT Director for a major collectibles website, where he installed his first ad server and helped shape early digital monetization strategies. Since then, Michael has held leadership roles within some of Canada’s largest digital publishers, driving innovation in ad operations, yield management, and partner development. He holds a diploma in Pure & Applied Science from Dawson College.
Fun fact: An avid golfer, Michael finally got his first hole in one this season
Kelly Pompeo
VP of Client Services
Kelly leads JamLoop’s client success organization, empowering a high-performing team that partners closely with advertisers to translate brand goals into measurable, standout campaign outcomes. With more than 14 years in customer success and media operations, she brings a reputation for turning complex challenges into clear strategies and for building the kind of long-term relationships that drive repeatable growth. Kelly built a strong foundation in audience strategy and cross-screen advertising early in her career. She holds a BA from West Chester University.
Fun fact: Kelly is a huge Philly sports fan. Go Birds!
Richard Johnson
GM & VP Sales, Performance
Richard is a 20-year veteran in digital advertising, with the last decade focused on performance media and retail client partnerships. His career includes leadership roles at ValueClick (later Conversant, now part of Epsilon/Publicis), MediaMath, Criteo, and most recently, RTB House. Richard's expertise spans Retail, CTV, video, display, enterprise and agency sales, DSPs, Programmatic, CPG, and eCommerce.
Fun fact: Runs a small-batch cocktail mixer company on the side.
Daniel Patton
VP of Business Operations
Daniel leads a multi-faceted, cross-functional operations umbrella spanning Client Partnerships, Client Services, and Sales Ops & Enablement. His remit covers process design, pipeline and forecast integrity, and GTM tooling that helps teams move faster and measure impact. He holds a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University and joined JamLoop in 2025 after a 12-year journey leading Digital Operations at iHeartMedia.
Fun fact: Raised a true Wisconsinite, Daniel is a die-hard Wisconsin pro-sports fan. Go Pack Go!
Daniel Gulick
Head of Product
Daniel brings more than 15 years of experience tackling the toughest challenges in ad optimization, shaping products that turn complex data into clear, high-impact decisions for marketers. He’s driven by a mission to build an ad platform that’s more transparent, more actionable, and more advanced than anything on the market — one that gives brands of every size access to enterprise-grade performance tools. Known for blending technical rigor with a deep empathy for customer needs, Daniel is constantly pushing the boundaries of what intelligent optimization can deliver. He holds a BA in Advertising & Media from the University of North Florida.
Fun fact: Grew up on a thoroughbred horse farm.
